Return and Exchange Policy

1. To benefit from Return, Exchange and Warranty services, original invoice is required.

2. Return is only allowed on the same day of purchase and the article has to be in its original

condition with all the packaging and wrapping and including all the original warranty card,

instructions manual, booklets and other accessories.

3. Refund and return is permitted unless the metal bracelet have been resized or the rubber

bracelet have been cut.

4. Articles bought through Debit/Credit Cards or financing services companies can’t be

refunded in cash.

5. Accepting shipment from shipping company declares that the shipment (box) is in good

condition and it is sealed upon receiving.

6. The return and exchange period is calculated from the time and date of delivery and you

must have the sealed invoice that arrived with the shipment.

7. Shipping fees, Customs Duties, taxes & any other fees related to shipping are not

refundable.

8. Due to the strict requirements of Saudi Customs laws, International orders are considered

final sale and the refunded and replacement policy can’t be applied to them.
